I am currently renting the property and my housemate is moving out and i am looking to replace him.

The House is a 3/4 bed townhouse and i am only looking to share with 1 other. the house comprises internal garage, utility room, 2 toilets (1 bathroom 1 shower room) Kitchen, living room/dining room. It has off street parking to the front and garden to the rear.

The property is opposite Total Fitness Gym and 5minutes walk to Morrisons and Bache train Station and 10 minutes walk into Chester City Centre.

I am only looking to share with 1 other so that we can utilise the space of the spare rooms and Garage.

I am a keen Triathlete, and live a healthy lifestyle like to travel and explore the great outdoors. I would prefer flat mates to have similar interests to me. No couples.

I have furnished the house living area etc but the bedroom would be unfurnished.
