48 Cheyney Road double room. Students only!

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. It also has a working sink with mirror. There are 5 other housemates in the house who are all welcoming. An initial deposit of £400 will be required by the landlord who will return this after the tenancy agreement if the room is in an acceptable state. Also, a parental guarantor will be needed with a bank account to pay the monthly bills from, the other tenants in the house including me pay their parents back monthly on the day of payment or even upfront. The room is £85 per week and water electrics and broadbands costs £30 per month on top of this. However the landlord has decided to give the tenants £100 a month to split between the household for bills. So anything left over will be split between the 6 tenants. The room is situated a 5-10 minute walk to the university. There is also parking directly outside the house. Outside the room there is the upstairs bathroom which is shared. Downstairs is where you will find the livingroom and kitchen which has all needed appliances. There is also another shower and toilet downstairs. And a backyard for smokers.
