I am a 27 yo male and just moved from Los Angeles, CA and currently have a single room available to rent immediately in a modern FULLY FURNISHED 2 BR flat. The flat is located quite centrally to Chester, just around the corner from Chester train station.

It is a 2 bedroom flat and you would be sharing the flat with myself. I have my own en suite bathroom so you would have access to your own bathroom. I am a 27 year old male professional, easy going and easy to get along with. The rent is £600 /month and includes all bills such as council tax, unlimited broadband and electricity & water so there would be nothing to pay more than £600 each month.
