We currently have a single furnished bedroom available in our house. The house is situated in a desirable area of Chester, with in walking distance to the city centre, and 2 minutes walk from the university. The room is available from January 2015 to August 2015 as we have recently had a roommate left. The bills include water, gas, electricity, tv License, broadband and Sky+ HD in the lounge. Large Lounge area, and small courtyard like area at back of house.
