Room to rent in city centre property

I have a double room to rent in a property right in the heart of the city centre. Everything you need is just a stones throw away. The room is furnished to an immaculately high standard. I am living at the property aswell and will maintain the property on a day to day basis. All bills are included as are all towels and bedding. You would not need to bring any type of furnishings or furniture as it would all be provided within the price of the rent. You would only be expected to maintain your bedroom. I would look after the rest of the house but you must be clean and tidy and respect the fact that this is my home.

I am really easy going and a fun loving, sociable person. Someone similar would be advantageous.
