A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the city centre

Hello,

This is a lovely apartment to live in, being within a minutes walk of the high street (Foregate Street) and opposite the Grosvenor Park.

The apartment itself is two storey, has a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower)on the ground floor along with an open plan Living/Kitchen/Dining area with a large balcony off. Upstairs there is an additional bedroom with shower room.

The room available is on the ground floor and therefore has the use of this bathroom.

I'm super chilled and easy going and have lived here for just under a year. I work Monday to Friday and the odd Saturday here and there. I like the usual, going out, staying in, going out for tea and to the cinema.

My current flat mate moves out roughly the 15th May so there is potential that the room could be available slightly earlier. I am quite a sociable person so would prefer not to have someone who wants to lock themselves in their room the whole time - that's not fun for anyone involved in my opinion!!!
