I have recently bought a 2 bed penthouse in Chester City centre which I would like to rent the spare room out. The room available is a good size which is fully furnished. It also has a personal bathroom with shower next door for the tenant as I have my own ensuit on the top floor within my bedroom.

The flat is very spacious and as I have the full top floor to myself the tenant would have lots of space downstairs to themselves. (See pics attached).

I am looking for a female young professional who is clean and tidy (this is a must!) who is social and would be happy to share cooking during the week (cook meals together). During the week I will only be in at evening times due to work and gym and I may spend some weekends back in Manchester. If you like your space then this flat is perfect for you!
