The dining kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a new dishwasher. There is a downstairs shower room/utility area with underfloor heating - it has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Upstairs is the main bathroom with bath and a new shower. The house is double glazed, well insulated and has an efficient, brand new gas combi boiler to keep bills down.
Broadband is hardwired into the bedrooms (the housemates each pay towards it.) The only bills the tenants pay are for broadband and gas & electricity.
We pay for a cleaner to clean the communal areas fortnightly, for the communal tv licence, the council tax and water rates.
There is on road parking.
The current house mates are lovely. They are in their twenties and are mature, professional people who keep the house very tidy. We are looking for nice, responsible, friendly, considerate people (who with any luck are also pretty clean and tidy!) to join them.
The house is very handy for the city and railway station and the amenities of Hoole Village.
