A quiet friendly house looking for a clean and tidy tenant respectful of others, and who like the other tenants, does not work evenings/nights. All household bills are included in the rent, including high speed wireless broadband. References required.

The house has been fully refurbished, is furnished and is maintained to a high standard and complies with HMO regs. The room contains a double bed with drawers, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and central heating radiator. The shared kitchen includes fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine/tumbler dryer and pots, pans, cutlery etc. The shared lounge includes TV, furniture and dining table. The shared toilet/shower room includes a large walk in shower. Parking is available on the street and requires a permit (there is currently a waiting list).
