Lovely Double room near the canal

I am looking for an honest, reliable, and respectful female housemate to share my lovely two-bedroomed home in Christleton, Chester. 

The house is a 2 minute walk to the canal and within easy walking, cycling and driving distance of Chester city centre. It is close to the M53 for driving to Liverpool and Manchester.

I’m offering a furnished double room with a shared kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and a small garden to sit out in. There is also a dedicated parking space. £600 a month, all bills included.

I'm 29, a Christian, and I enjoy going to the gym. I volunteer with children and young people a couple of times a week at church.  

I also like to walk and meet friends. I love watching most sports on TV and like to get into a good TV series. 

It’s a lovely, cosy home that I like to keep clean and tidy. Professionals  and non-smokers only please, preferably aged 24 to 40 who like a relatively quiet life. No pets, although I occasionally look after my parents’ spaniel.
