Double bedroom with plenty of storage, including built in wardrobes.
En-suite shower room.

Sharing with myself, who occupies the other two bedrooms and master bathroom. Mustn't mind cats, as I have two.

Shared living area and large kitchen.
Access to rear garden. Bonus points if you like gardening.

I work in retail so am usually out during the day when working, but can be home during the day when off.

Am looking for someone who is happy to keep the shared space tidy, preferably someone who also works full time.

Quiet neighbourhood with on street parking (one space on drive that I use currently).
Extra £100 for couple - parking could be an issue if two cars.
