Hi! I'm Kate and I have my spare room open for rent from the 1st February.
I work full-time at AstraZeneca in Macclesfield. I'm mostly out for working hours, but do work from home on occassion, and away most weekends. I have a large interest in all things active, whether that's the gym, cycling, or climbing.
Looking for someone who is easy-going, enjoys a chat and to pop down to the pub with occassionally.

£625 pcm is with all bills included, to leave you with consistency of your outgoings.
Bedroom is fully furnsihed. Happy for you to decorate how you wish and put things on the walls, make it your own space!

The house is on a very quiet estate, no main road noise at all with a green area/park out front, and a little nature reserve behind. My direct neighbours are all a similar age to me, and we help each other out. They are just lovely! If you like cycling, 30 seconds and you are onto quiet country lanes, and straight onto the Cheshire Cycleway.

The house is a 3 min drive from all major supermarkets and shops, 2 mins into countryside walks. The house is outside of Congleton, in Somerford, and is near the Congleton bypass, perfect for commuting to nearby areas. Holmes Chapel/Sandbach are 10/15 mins drive, and Macclesfield around 20 mins. Just under 10 mins to Congleton train station. Manchester is a 40 min train journey.
