Furnished ensuite double room in shared flat.

Hi, I've got a spare room and am looking for a flatmate to fill it. Bills are included.

It's got ample furnishings with lots of drawer space. I could also include a small desk and nice office chair if that was something you wanted. It's got a double bed with one of those fancy orthopaedic mattresses. I could also include pillows and a duvet as I have some spare.

It's got an excellent ensuite with a shower with really nice pressure.

The best part of the flat is the great communal area. I've got a nice TV you'll be able to use and a really very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and one of those portable aircons to keep the place cool. I'm also paying for great wifi right now and we could get a cleaner if that's something you wanted.

We can work out some of the details, for example there is a gated car park and we might be able to get you your own spot since it's never full (but if not there's plenty parking around anyway).

I'm a young professional working as a scientist and I want the flat to continue being a relaxed place I can unwind in after work so I'm looking for someone who is plenty tidy in the communal areas and just has a good vibe.
