Double room, friendly house share nr town centre

Double furnished room available( to females only ) in a tastefully furnished semi-detached house, minutes from Congleton town centre. To share in a friendly house with a professional and a recent graduate.

The house has a large garden, lounge and a conservatory which is great for entertaining, especially if you would like some space in the house to yourself every now and then.

The kitchen isn't huge but has everything you need and there is a separate dining room. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine you can use and the internet will be unlimited along with Sky TV (all included in the rent!).

The house is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre, bus and train station. With the right house mate, I'd hope that we could have a few trips to the local pubs every now and then and ideally would like someone considerate and fun.
