Blackout blinds/curtains
Fully carpeted
TV aerial connection point
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers and microwave oven. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! We also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.
SAFETY FIRST
As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detector and and fire doors (which are also soundproofed).
What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
References and background checks will be required on application.
Do you pay a deposit?
Yes, just £200 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
