The downstairs bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with a double walk in shower., toilet, sink and storage cupboards. A combi boiler provides unlimited hot water.

The deposit and one month's rental is required upon moving in. When you leave the property as you found it with no outstanding rent or costs, your deposit will be refunded. We only accept working professionals for our properties. References, background checks and 6 months pay slips will be required on application. We do not allow pets. We do not charge an admin fee.
