We are local, professional landlords who care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors and fire doors. We try to look after you well by ensuring a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.
There is a shared bathroom between 3 rooms, whilst the remaining two rooms in the house have en-suites. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, large cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.
What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, just £200 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
