ABOUT THE PROPERTY

My home is located on Bateman Close, which opens out onto Dunwoody Way. Also located on Dunwoody Way, and within a few minutes’ walk is the local GP surgery/pharmacy complex, a pub, a Morrison’s supermarket, two fast food outlets and a building which has planning permission to be turned into a gym (no promises that this will happen, but watch this space). Slightly further up on Dunwoody Way is the leisure park featuring a Pizza Hut and the Odeon Cinema. Crewe train station is just a five-minute drive away, as is the refurbished Queens Park. Access to the M6 is also convenient.

The house has three bedrooms, one of which is mine. The two other bedrooms have a shared spacious bathroom and are located on the first floor. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, a chair and either a desk or a table. For anyone looking to rent a room long-term, I’m happy with redecorating the room to make it your own (within reason). The ground floor comprises of a kitchen (including a washer-drier), a large combined lounge/dining room and a WC.

The rate stated includes rent of the room and your share of all the bills, including fast broadband, utilities and council tax. The property has a small garden to the rear.

ABOUT ME

I’m a qualified finance professional and work locally. As I’ve mentioned, this property is my home so I will be a resident landlord. I’m fairly quiet and introverted but I like to think I’m warm, friendly and have a good sense of humour.
