Single room in Leighton - ideal for Bentley Motors

I'm looking for a lodger in a detached house in Leighton, only a scenic 10 minute walk from Bentley and Leighton Hospital.
The room offers a view on a beautiful residential street, often referred to as the Crewe Champs-Elysées.

As a live-in landlord, I clean my house to high standards and expect any lodger to respect and follow these standards.
Both the current lodger and I work for Bentley.

All bills included.

The bathroom will be shared with one other lodger and any occasional human house guest.

You will have full access to the common areas, including the conservatory and the garden. The 9-hole course will be
off-limit.

Parking will be on the street, but it's a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, usually avoided by the illegal night race
community.

The person will need to be very clean and sociable, a perfect mix between Winston Schmidt and Nick Miller.
