Double Rooms in Modern New-Build

Hi there,

I'm looking for tenants for two double rooms available in my clean and modern detached house in Shavington, Crewe.

I am also open to renting out all 3 rooms to a family if required.

A Very Important Housemate!
Please note: The house comes with a resident dog! He is my dog, he's very friendly and requires little to no care. The only responsibility you would have is to ensure he is inside the house at night. This is non-negotiable, so you must comfortable living with a dog.

THE ROOMS
You can take your pick from two available furnished rooms:

Room 1: Has a comfortable king size bed with a striking white and gold headboard and matching bedside tables.

Room 2: Comes with a double bed (with the green leaf-patterned bedding in the photo) and a modern wardrobe with a chevron design.

There is a third empty room that is available for anyone wanting to rent out 3 bedrooms as a family. The third room cannot be rented out individually as this is not a HMO.

THE HOUSE
You'll be sharing the main bathroom (which has a bath and shower), the comfy living room with a big TV, and the modern kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and doors that open onto the garden.

LOCATION & GETTING AROUND
The house is in a quiet, safe, family-friendly area. There's a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away which gets you into Crewe in 15 minutes. However, this house would be much more convenient for someone who drives.

ABOUT ME
As I work away, I will infrequently be in the house. I will drop in once every couple of weeks. The residents for the majority of your tenancy will therefore be one other person.
