We are looking for a working professional who can provide proof of income. We are particular about maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

We are a small family with working professionals who work Monday to Friday. We are home from 5pm onwards on weekdays and usually all weekend.

Living room likely not shareable as our daughter spends her time there.
You are welcome to use all kitchen utensils and white goods as long as it is cleaned after use.

This is not an official tenancy or sublet. This is an unofficial lodging. No landlord involved. No references required, just proof of income (payslips) and ID.
