I am looking for a person to share a modernised three bedroom house with myself and another lodger. I am looking a responsible person who doesn’t mind sharing general cleaning responsibilities around the house.

Location
The house is located on a quiet street 300 metres from a Sainsbury's local and Nantwich Road. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station and from the town centre and a 5 minute walk to Aldi.

House
All the rooms are large with gas central heating, double glazing and all mod cons. The shared accommodation includes dining room, lounge , fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet, bathroom(upstairs)utility room

• The kitchen is large with a breakfast bar and a TV. There are two fridges and two freezers, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
• The dining room is large with a dining table and patio doors which leads on to the decking .
• The lounge is large with two sofas a coffee table and a TV (sky sports/sky movies etc)
• There is a toilet downstairs but the main bathroom is upstairs. The bathroom is small but there is both a bath and an electric shower(as well as a toilet and sink!)
• There is a lovely area for relaxing in the decked garden in the summer. There is also a garage with sufficient space for a bike etc.

Bedroom
The room available is a large double bedroom (4m x 2. 25m) and is fully furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, table & chair and a double bed with a TV point. It is a lovely quiet room away from main road.

Cost
£350 per month including all bills-council tax, broadband, gas, electricity etc

Available from 15/06/2018. If the room is still advertised it’s still available as will be removed as soon as the room is taken.
