1 double bedroom with the bathroom to rent

Hello all, myself and my fiancée renting a room in a 4 bedroom house in Shavington. You would have a bathroom to yourself as we are using en suite bathroom. We have a large garden, home gym in the garage and a sauna. My partner is working from home as s project manager and I’m a warehouse manager therefore I’m at home in the evenings only, always out and about at the weekends and we are also traveling quite often. We are looking for someone friendly, respectful with good manners as we are willing to share our home for around a year (could be longer). Available to view at any time, available to move in immediately 🙂 we have a cat in the house (who’s always sleeping) and a little yorkie.
