We have a large, double room available now in a spacious house in Crewe. Each bedroom in this property is a good size and has your own TV. There are only 5 rooms so you are not overcrowded, and the large kitchen has everything you need to live comfortably with all mod-cons.
It is 15 minute walk from Crewe train station, near to a large supermarket, local shops and restaurants. Bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband, council tax and all utility bills. A regular cleaner is also provided.
Your room is furnished with:
• Double bed with mattress
• Wardrobe
• Bedside table & light
• Chest of drawers
As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). We try to look after you well by providing a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.
What about the bathroom and kitchen?
There are two shared bathrooms with power showers and plenty of hot running water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need.
What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
References and background checks will be required on application.
