I have three rooms which are all available immediately. All the rooms have been recently decorated and are very clean and tidy.
The house received a new electricity certificate last year to meet current regulations.
The kitchen has all the usual items including fridge/freezer, washer, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and gas hob.
There is on street parking.
There is superfast broadband and a TV in the shared lounge.
All bills (council tax, fibre broadband, electricity, gas and water rates) are included, there are no other costs.
The current housemate is Polish, employed due to an injury but is friendly, and tidy. The house is kept in a tidy condition. We are looking to find a friendly professional housemates.
The house itself is in a central location in Crewe, 10 mins walk from the Train Station and Town Centre. It has good bus routes at the end of the Street.
Room 1 is the largest room(6m X 5.9m to extremes). It has a double bed, two wardrobes, desk, chair and bookcase.
Room 2 is a double room on the ground floor(5.5m x 3.9m to extremes). It has a small double bed, new wardrobe, desk, chair and bookcase.
Room 3 (4.7m x 2.7m to extremes), has a single bed with desk, chair and large bookcase.
