I am an alternatingly live-in / live-out landlord currently looking for a lodger to help with the costs of running the property.

What I can offer is a furnished double room (including bed and mattress) measuring approximately 10' by 11' in a 3-bed quasi-semi with a washing machine, tumble dryer, 8-hob cooker, dishwasher, two bathrooms, off-road parking for up to two vehicles and fast fibre-optic broadband. I'm afraid it doesn't have a garage, though there is a storage shed to the rear.

You would also have the full use of the rest of the house, aside from my own bedroom and study.

There is a separate bathroom right next to the bedroom, which could be treated as an effective en-suite.

It may also be possible to pay the deposit in instalments. The Council Tax band is A, but this is included in the licence fee.
