A conveniently situated HMO in Crewe with one bright double room now available now. Over the road from Morrisons and the Eagle Bridge Health Centre, this house is close to Bentley Motors, Leighton Hospital and the town centre.
All bedrooms are fully furnished to the highest standards and include:

There is a large shared bathroom with power shower and bath. The lounge is bijoux but has all you need to relax after a long day. Your own room has a TV too and with superfast broadband you can surf the web without speed constraints. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water. We also provide a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, a tall fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

TENANCY

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

DEPOSIT

- Deposit - this is refunded upon check out as long as everything is OK with the room and up to date with rent.
