THIS ROOM IS FOR SINGLE OCCUPATION ONLY. My current tenants would prefer a FEMALE housemate. who likes a quiet, and tidy environment and who is respectful of the other tenants' right to a happy and peaceful life. This is a house for professionals but medical students, mature students and students on internships are welcome to apply.

The very comfortable double bed has has bedside storage, chest of drawers., comfortable armchair and a desk and chair. A double wardrobe (difficult to photograph as it has mirror doors) with triple hanging rails, a drawer and shelves provides plenty of storage. An additional shelving unit completes the room. For privacy there are both curtains and blinds.

Room 3 (TAKEN)) has a double bed with a storage drawer a bedside unit, a double hanging wardrobe and 6 spacious drawers. A desk and chair can be provided if required. It also has a large storage cupboard on the landing with additional hanging space and suitcase storage. The room has been very carefully designed to provide maximum functionality.

The shower room (shared with bedroom 3) has a spacious shower and is of a modern contemporary design.

Room 4 (TAKEN) is a beautifully big room with large windows opening onto the garden. It is airy, light and bright. It has its dedicated toilet and basin. It is furnished with a very big desk, 2 chests of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet a comfortable arm chair and has a TV mounted on the wall. It has its own dedicated basin and toilet.
