There is a large communal area for dining and watching the 43" Smart HD TV. A lovely sunny garden , and a garage which can be used for storing bikes and outdoor equipment. There is also ample parking

There are two double ensuite rooms , one double and one small double room , a large newly fitted bathroom, to be shared with no more than two people , and a further cloakroom .All rooms have a new bed/mattress ,blackout and Roman blinds, a TV point and superfast broadband. All aspects of health and safety are covered as a matter of course.

All bills ,gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband are included in the rent . The communal rooms are cleaned weekly and the gardens kept tidy .
