I'm Simon and I have a large spacious double room available immediately.

This bright and airy double bedroom has views to the back garden, furnished with wall mounted LCD TV with DVD and FreeSAT. Sky+HD is available for an additional £15pm. A luxurious bedframe with medium firm mattress, two double wardrobes and bedside tables. Two double sockets in the room and super fast fibre optic broadband are available too.

It’s a semi detached house in a quiet family orientated residential area close to Bentley motors and Queen’s Park. The station is about a mile away as is Leighton hospital and I do have off street parking.

I'm a live in landlord, professional, friendly and easy going. As this is my home rather than a business I’m looking for mature, respectful, clean and tidy people. Preferably I’m looking for Monday to Friday lodgers although I will consider full timers but we will need to establish whether or not we’re likely to click. There will only be two people in residence unless I have friends visiting occasionally. Any lodger can expect that their room is available for their exclusive use during their stay.

So that’s the room, area and me!! You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen which you’re welcome to use to your hearts content, conservatory, garden and utility which contains a spare freezer, fridge and tumble dryer. The bathroom has separate bath and walk in shower. There is an additional downstairs loo as well.
