Hi there. I'm looking for a nice and normal regular lady , a chilled , easy going female aged 40 - 58 ideally who is a TOTAL non-smoker/vaper , VERY tidy and VERY clean/ well groomed , quiet and considerate , with a bit of banter and not argumentative or toxic !! . Basically someone who I'm comfortable with and like being around ! . I think i enjoy female company more in general , and it would feel better sharing with a woman , as my girlfriend is moving out after our long relationship ended a while ago. Must be fully employed with references needed and ideally single and sociable !. No pets. It's a lovely modern, bright ground floor flat ( 2 flats ground floor, 2 on first floor and 2 on top floor) the neighbours are nice , and quiet too. 2 neighbours own their flats. It's in the popular Summerfields development , 1 minute from the A34 and around 15 minutes to the airport. Lidl , Tesco Express , Subway etc are less than 5 minutes walk. The flat has everything you need. Your room is quiet and bright . I will need to check with my ex....(who's moving out after renting this property with me for the last 3 years)... what furniture she's leaving and this obviously will need to be discussed with you , as you may have your own stuff !. Allocated free parking is available. A management company look after window cleaning , communal areas and gardens.
Iam a young looking 61 year old male , decent cook , very clean and tidy and non-smoker/drug user. I don't drink a lot. Iam thoughtful , happy and considerate.
