Professional to house share

I am a professional mature woman who is looking for another professional to house share. Although I keep a bedroom in the house I rarely stay as I spend a lot of time at my partners.
Currently I have another tenant who is also a mature professional who is there Monday to Friday only.
I have a large double bedroom with a shower en suite available either Monday to Friday or all week depending on need. The rent is currently based on full time but can be adjusted if necessary to accommodate Monday to Friday.
The house is a four bed roomed detached house with a very comfortable living room and and conservatory.
There is a large dining / kitchen with all facilities.
There is parking for two cars of the road. There is unlimited broadband. Rent includes amenities including wifi except TV licence.
The house is in a small village which is close to Chester business park and Airbus. There is a village pub/ restaurant and shop.
