Looking for professional lodger. May suit a female lodger more, but I'm not bothered either way really. Respectful, non-smoker is a must. Definitely no DSS. Rent is including all bills apart from phone bill, food and other consumables.
Shared use of Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room, Dining room, etc. All mod cons in kitchen and fast broadband. On road parking if required. Bus to Manchester city centre less than 20 seconds walk away. Lots of storage areas and a secure shed for bikes etc...
