Large double room

I am looking to let a large bedroom in my home to an employed single female.
The room contains a new double divan bed, TV and ample storage.
We will share modern bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with all mod cons and large garden.

I regularly look after a young friendly well behaved German Shepherd for a friend so looking for someone who likes dogs.

Smoking is permitted in the garden.

Parking is available in the street, outside front door.
