Single Room To Let

I will soon have a single room to let in quiet cul de sac, house has garden, off road parking, person will have full usage of house, furnished room with new wardrobe, drawers, bed and bedside table, tv ect, all mod cons in house washing machine, dryer, full kitchen layout sort of redecorating at the moment, when I get time, please note I am a chef so work daft hours, unsociable and usually work weekends generally you'll have full house to yourself most times, nice neighbours. local transport just round corner and ashton tram to Manchester 10=15 mins walk depending on how quick you can walk, just ask you respect boundries. and no timewasters please , so if you work mon-fri, weekends you probably wont see me till late. if interested get in touch , present lodger moving on to be nearer family. Also no males or dhhs as last male lodgers took the mick, no offence , if you dont have a spareroom account or ad please don't contact as presently seems to be a lot of time wasters
