The house is in Elworth, an 8 minute walk to the nearest Co-op, a cosy local pub and Sandbach train station (Manchester to Crewe line - 8 minutes to Crewe and 40 minutes to Manchester). It is a 30 minute walk/less than 5 minute drive to Sandbach and a 6 minute drive to junction 17 of the M6.

Within a couple of minutes are walks on the canal and trails around Sandbach. In Sandbach, there are bars, restaurants plus many shops and services.
