Spare room in lovely cul de sac semi

I have a spare double room available in a 3 bed semi. Garage available for extra storage. Large kitchen and living room and separate hall. Upstairs bathroom with shower/bath. Long drive and space in front of house for another car (if available). Front and back garden.

It is a 5 min walk to Padgate train station and very close to motorway links.

Looking for someone similar to me. I’m very laid back and get on with most people. Friendly and to clean up after themselves is all I’m asking.
I’m up for the odd nights out/meals/shopping etc if someone wants to. I’m very sociable but also would respect someone’s privacy.

I have put that it’s 6 months maximum... this is just as a precaution if things don’t work out.
