The truth is, whichever of our properties you agree to rent from us, you can sleep easy, knowing that Foxdog Properties is certified by the Cheshire Landlords Accreditation Scheme (CLAS) as following best working practices and is a recognised provider of high quality accommodation. In order to obtain this recognition, our properties were inspected by local housing officers, and confirmed to meet the latest safety standards, a standard which we have committed to maintaining.

All bills are included in the rent* and we have Free WIFI as well as a premium paid for service, as well as a regular cleaner provided as a courtesy.
