I have a double room to rent in a very quiet , sought after area in longbarn , warrington . It is in a great location to the m6 , m62 motorways , very close to the Grange industrial area , local shop very close by , and birchwood shopping centre is barely 15 minutes away . There is a big beautiful park at the back of the property ,with duck ponds and very popular with dog walkers . I have a 7 yr old bichon frise called fudge who is very chilled and very friendly with everybody . The price is £ 50 deposit which is refundable, then it's £300 per calander month with all bills included ,The room has a double bed , wooden flooring , bed side tables , fitted wardrobes, with plenty of storage , and a very homely feel to it in a very homely house .
