I have 1 spacious double room to rent in Heald Green, Manchester. It is a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can find parking right in front. Local shops (Tesco, Co-operative, restaurants, pubs) located near by. Bus station, Public library and NHS located at 5 minutes walkable distance and train station at 15 minutes walkable distance. The room is furnished with huge double wardrobes, dressing table and bed. Common areas of house, living room, kitchen and bathroom are accessible. wifi, and council tax - all included in the rent.

Please note gas and electric bills are shared.

I am looking for a non smoker, not too noisy house mate. If this sounds like it might suit you, please contact me.
