Our house is a modern well kept 3 storey townhouse in a quiet area of Gatley just off Styal Road. Close to amenities of Gatley and Heald Green both having train stations and numerous shops etc.. Also convenient for Airport and Wythenshawe hospital (both approx. 10 minutes by car)
The room is a double size room but with a single bed in, wardrobe, chests of drawers, office desk and has the use of the bathroom next door.
The bedroom is on the third floor and you are able to use the kitchen/dining and lounge facilities on the second floor and Utility room for washing/drying on the ground floor. Monday to Friday would also be an option as we are flexible and the rent would be pro-rata.
Bills included. Two occupants at the moment but we come and go at various times throughout the week. Would suit someone looking for a quiet home where they would be undisturbed.
