Room in New house on new estate in Golborne

I have spare room to rent out for clean and easy going person to join my house. I am live in landlord but I work 60hrs a week so you will barely see me. Bathroom is shared with other tenant (I have second floor with en suite). There is access to garden from side so if you have motorbike you can keep it securely in garden. All rooms are locked with own key. I dont mind if you smoke in garden but there is no smoking in the house or rooms. House is new, furbished and is in really nice quiet area with local town center nearby, all shops and 8 min ride on bicycle to local business park where are many companies and work should you seek it. Easy motorway access (25 min to Manchester - no traffic on motorway, even in rush hours - I know cos I commute there). Local Buses to Wigan, Leigh, Piccadily Gardens, further down to Warrington and St Helens. If interested please message me leaving your phone number and I will phone you back when I am free. We have fiber optic 200mb/s broadband in house with 2x extension routers.
