3 bed detached house, own driveway, shared lounge, I’m about to complete a kitchen/dining/lounge extension which is a large shared open space with bifolds that open out on to the back garden where there is garden furniture, you’d have your own bathroom with shower over bath, your bedroom has a double bed and is furnished with TV, wardrobe and drawers.

I have a small Westie (dog) who is no trouble at all, but does have free roam of the house- it is a MUST that you like dogs.

I’m a 35 year old professional who works in the office 3 days a week, home every evening on weeknights.

I have a fortnightly cleaner which is included in the cost.

No couples or smokers please.
