Double room in detached house, lovely village

We have a spacious double room available in a detached house in the village of Great Barrow, close to Chester. Ideally we would like to rent the room from Monday to Friday, but the odd weekend stay would also be fine. The room has a double bed, wardobes, a desk, plus cracking views over our field behind the house.

We do have two young children who are both good sleepers and we can assure you that you would not be disturbed by them at night. (They are in bed by 7. 30pm each night). We also have a well behaved dog.

The village itself is close to Chester and has a pub and shop. It is a lovely rural village but also great for commuting being 10 mins from M56 / M53.

The price would include all bills.

We have had a great lodger for the last 15 months. as he is now leaving us, we are looking for someone else.

we feel that with the rural nature of our situation, that the vacancy would be best suited to someone who enjoys the countryside, but likes the proximity to Chester city (10 mins drive)
