Hi potential house mates,

I am a live in landlady and there is another girl living here, I am 28 and the other girl is 22. The house is clean, tidy, and we have a small dog who is no trouble.

We love a good movie night and the occasion wine and are looking for someone sociable and friendly. That said we are not party animals and if you like to keep yourself to yourself then that’s also fine! We both work full time. We are quiet and mindful of other people’s space.

The house is a 3 bedroom 3 story terrace in Chapelford, Great Sankey, Warrington, and is available from 01/03/2020 with just first month rent upfront to secure room, no deposit required. The cost of rent with all of the bills included is £400.
