House Share Room Becoming Available

Hi potential house mates,

I am a live in landlady and there is another girl living here, we are both 27 & 32. The house is clean, tidy, and we have a small dog who is no trouble.

We love a good movie night and the occasion wine and are looking for someone sociable and friendly. That said we are not party animals and if you like to keep yourself to yourself then that’s also fine! We both work full time. We are quiet and mindful of other people’s space.

The house is a 3 bedroom 3 story terrace in Chapelford, Great Sankey, Warrington, it will be available from 01/02/20 no deposit required. The move in date can be flexible as the current housemate has somewhere to go at any time. The cost of rent with all of the bills included is £450.
