Suitable for contractors, mature students or professionals. We are looking for respectful lodgers who are happy to have a chat but also happy to have their own space. I am a live in Landlord and work from home so prefer tenants who work or study away from the house during the day.
We do have a small, friendly dog who is part poodle and therefore does not shed. If you are looking for a very loud, party house then this is not us however we can offer a relaxed, friendly and quiet home.

Room 1: Taken
King bed with an ensuite shower room, fridge, TV, duvet, pillows, desk, wardrobe, lamps, blinds, curtains and hospitality tray.
Room 2: Short term let only
Double bed with an ensuite shower room, mini fridge, TV, duvet, pillow, desk, wardrobe, lamp, curtains and hostpitality tray.
Open plan kitchen and dining area and two comfortable sitting rooms. Large garden with patio area and firepit.
Extra facilities:
All bills included
Rent includes a twice monthly room cleaning service
Washing machine/ dryer/ heater airer
Private on the drive parking for two cars
Dishwasher
TV and free use of our Netflix
Broadband
Bolt/ chain on your door for your peace of mind
Surrounding area:
Ideal for those working in the area on a fixed term or temporary contract (e. g. contractors). Very good access to the A55 & M53 - Stanlow (15 minute drive), Essar, Innospec, Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks.
Number 9 Pipers Ash bus route into Chester which takes 11 minutes.
If you are looking for a gym, we are near to the Double Tree Hotel and Spa.
For keen cyclists, we are close to the greenway with a 3-mile cycle ride into the city.
Quiet semi-rural residential area.
