Double en-suite room - bills included

Hi, I’m looking for a lodger who would like a beautiful sunny double en-suite room to rent in our friendly family home. We are in semi rural setting, but still within a 10 minute drive of the city of Chester. While we are right on the greenway which provides an easy traffic free walk or cycle into the city, I’d suggest that this room is more suitable for someone with their own transport as public transport is limited. There is plenty of on street parking.
We have high speed internet, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. TV/DVD and games console in the lounge.
You would have your own room with an en-suite shower which runs from the mains boiler. There are fitted wardrobes and a smart tv provided if desired.
There is a large garden with a patio area.
About us; I would be a live in landlord, and am looking for an easy going fun and friendly student (mature/post grad) or professional female to join us (me, my primary school age child and a small friendly dog).
Happy to consider short term let, or a midweek only agreement.
