Hi, I have a furnished double bedroom available in a new build two-bedroom house in the Mosaic development, Runcorn.
I have just completed a teacher training course and have started a new job in Altrincham so I have been staying in Manchester Monday - Friday near to the new school, meaning you will mostly have the house to yourself.
The house was built late 2014 with plenty of light and space from the high ceilings and large windows. There are front and rear gardens with a space to park on the driveway.
All bills (except TV license) are included in the price, along with use of all amenities such as oven, washing machine etc. As I don't watch television, you will need to cover yourself with a TV license if you wish to.
Couples will be considered, rent negotiable. Please feel free to get in touch for a chat and to arrange a viewing of the room.
