En suite small double room in lovely property

I am looking to rent out the spare room in my lovely Handbridge terrace. Ideally located near to the park. a short walk into Chester over the river. The property has been fully modernised and is open plan downstairs, light and airy.
On street parking is available. There is also space for a car at the back of the property. There is a secure locked outhouse for bikes and a small back yard. BBQ available for the summer!
I am a solicitor working in Chester city centre. I am friendly and easy going. I enjoy sport and going out but equally happy with quiet nights in. I am not uptight and would like my housemate to feel like the house is their home too.
Broadband and SkyTV with movies. Council tax as well as all bills included in the rent.
Downstairs there is the main sitting room, a separate dining area and galley kitchen. Upstairs there is my room which is en suite and the spare room I am advertising, which is also ensuite. The bedrooms are on opposite sides and separated by the staircase so not adjoining.
